  1. Referral Form: We provide you with a referral form. Complete the form by identifying your questions and discussing its content with your employee to ensure they are fully informed and have given their consent.

  2. Submission: Please email us or fill out the submission form on the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as we can and usually the same day.

  3. Telephone Assessment: A telephone assessment with the employee will be conducted, focusing on the questions outlined in the referral form.

  4. Report Generation: Within two working days of the assessment, we will produce a detailed report reflecting answers to your questions on the referral form.

  5. Cost: Our prices are set as a single rate for an assessment and again for a review appointment should that be needed. These expenses are fully deductible as business expenses against your company's tax bill.
